Respite Support
Personalized 1-to-1 respite services built around the individual — their interests, their routines, and what their family needs.
One-to-one support, shaped around the person
Our 1-to-1 respite services provide individualized support for people in their home, in the community, or wherever makes the most sense for them. We match each person with a consistent support worker who takes the time to build a genuine relationship.
Support is tailored to the individual — their interests, their daily routines, their personal goals, and what their family is looking for. We don't apply a one-size-fits-all approach, because every person is different.
For families, our respite services offer reliable, flexible time to rest and recharge — knowing their loved one is in good hands with someone who truly knows them.
What our respite support looks like
Every aspect of our service is shaped around the individual and their family.
Truly individualized support
We take time to understand each person — their interests, their daily routines, their goals, and what their family needs. Support is shaped around the individual, not a standard template.
Community participation
We support individuals to take part in activities and experiences in their community — outings, local events, and everyday moments that feel genuine and enriching.
Companionship and engagement
More than task-based support — our workers build real relationships. Meaningful conversation, shared activities, and consistent presence make a real difference.
Flexible arrangements
We work with families to find support arrangements that fit their schedule and circumstances. We're here to discuss what works best for you.
How to inquire about respite support
Getting started is straightforward. Reach out to us with a brief message — tell us a little about your situation, what kind of support you're looking for, and when you'd like to connect.
We'll arrange a time to have an introductory conversation. This gives us a chance to learn more about the person you're supporting, understand your family's needs, and discuss what service arrangements might work best.
There's no pressure and no commitment at this stage. We want to make sure we're the right fit for you — and that you feel comfortable with us — before anything is arranged.
When you reach out, feel free to share:
- A brief description of the support you're looking for
- Preferred days or times for respite
- Any particular interests or routines that matter
- Questions you have about how our service works
